Overview
The Manaslu Circuit trades crowds for solitude. A special permit keeps numbers low, and the trail — following the Budhi Gandaki gorge before crossing the Larkya La at over 5,100 metres — passes through Gurung and Tibetan-influenced villages largely untouched by mass tourism. It's one of the last great circuits in Nepal that still feels undiscovered.
